So my kraut has been fermenting for 15 days. It had been holding up well and for quite some time. Unfortunately, after a long weekend away I came back to a top layer of mold. Scraped it off today- hope I got it all. I haven't tested it since I came back to the mold but plan to give it a shot tomorrow in our final lab.
